Our weekly schedule
Every Monday you’ll receive an email with a new work package and some tips and tricks specific to those tasks.
You'll be guided through all the steps of making your quilt, from picking fabrics, cutting all the pieces, sewing 1-2 dragon sections every week, to quilting and binding your dragon quilt.
In addition, I'll be providing suggestions for added details (e.g. crown) and size extensions (e.g. forest) for those who are interested.
The last two weeks will be dedicated to assembling our quilt tops, and quilting and binding our master pieces.
And then let's meet for a virtual Show & Tell to celebrate everyone's little dragon! 🥰

Frequently asked questions
This quilt-along is for everyone who considers themselves at least a confident beginner quilter.
The two key skills required to make Dragon Dreams are a consistent (scant) 1/4" seam and adding 45° units using the stitch-and-flip method. Don't worry, I'll cover both during our intro in Week 1.

We are sewing 1-2 of our dragon's body sections every week. The time commitment depends a lot on your individual speed, but I’d say you’ll probably need a few hours every week.
